EEG-Guided MeRT · Michigan

Your brain is unique.
Your treatment should be too.

If you've tried other approaches and haven't found the answers you were looking for — that's exactly who we built this for. MeRT® starts with a detailed map of your brainwave patterns, then builds a treatment protocol around those findings.

Find the path that's right for you

MeRT treats a wide range of neurological conditions. Select what applies to you — or browse all conditions below.

Standard TMS uses a fixed protocol. MeRT starts with a map of your brain.

Before any treatment begins, a quantitative EEG records your brainwave activity — revealing your dominant frequency, where communication is breaking down, and what a personalized protocol should look like.

The EEG is then repeated at weeks two, four, and six so the protocol adjusts as your brain responds. Few outpatient neurostimulation approaches include this level of ongoing EEG monitoring.

Functional medicine at the foundation of everything we do

Most TMS clinics treat the diagnosis. Brain Treatment Center Michigan treats the whole person. Our functional medicine approach — led by Dr. Ramona Wallace, DO — means we evaluate root-cause contributors alongside the MeRT treatment itself: neuroinflammation, mitochondrial health, nutritional status, sleep, and hormonal balance.

This isn't an add-on. It's foundational to how we think about brain health and why our outcomes go deeper than symptom suppression.
